Location: Central Oregon.
Shifts Available:
Part-time-Night shift 5 pm-8 am (15-hour shift). A combination of weekday nights and weekend nights available.
Relief-Must offer a minimum of 5 shifts per month to include a combination of days, nights, and weekends.

Travel: Local/regional travel by personal vehicle throughout Central Oregon. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
Compensation:
Compensation:
- Base Pay-$40 to $57.64 (DOE) When called to provide patient care.
- Differentials-$2 for weekends and $5 for night shifts.
- Flat Shift Rate of $15 for night-standby shifts.
- Sign-on Bonus: $2,000 paid after 90 days of employment.
What You Get to Do:
- Assess patients and families to determine health needs.
- Coordinate patient care with RN Case Managers.
- Provide physical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Administer medications and comfort procedures.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare instructions.
- Communicate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon RN License.
- Ability to pass a background test, drug screen, and TB test.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- One to two years of recent medical care experience in an institutional setting is preferred. Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of home health or hospice experience.
- Current automobile insurance is required. A valid Oregon driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Compassion, empathy, and dedication to patient care.
